Recipe Tin Eats

Recently I’ve been trying out some of the recipes from the website “Recipe Tin Eats” created by Nagi, who lives in Australia. So far pretty much all of them have been amazing, with simple ingredients that are easy to come by and amazing flavours. One in particular that the whole family enjoyed is this Chicken Enchiladas recipe – so much better than the packet mix version!

I highly recommend checking out Nagi’s website for some cooking inspiration – she even has fabulous recipes for baklava and profiteroles! Something I haven’t found much elsewhere is her many helpful notes explaining what certain things are or suggesting alternatives for ingredients. She even provides tips on how to make ahead and most of her meals are designed to be easily scalable for large numbers. Bon appetit!
